Alan FitzGerald, FCII, FCILA |
Alan is a Chartered Loss Adjuster with over 26 years experience in the insurance, claims and loss adjusting areas. He is still sought out by insurance companies to represent them on Public Liability (Property), Professional Indemnity and Contractors All Risks Claims. However Property Assess largely serves members of the public, commercial and private. Alan is President of the Insurance Institute of Cork from March 09 to March 2010.
Patrick O’Connor, B.Sc (Construction) H.C.Elec.Eng.
Pat came from a background in the construction and engineering sector. He is a qualified Engineer and has a Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Agnes Kerrigan, Office Manager
Agnes has been with Property Assess since 2001. She handles the day to day operation of the office and is generally the person to take the initial notification of a loss/claim.
Other Personnel
Property Assess will, dependant on the size of a loss, engage Consultants. These are people who we have built up a relationship with over the years. We also have reciprocal arrangements with loss assessing firms throughout the Republic and we are the Irish representatives of the Claims Experts Network which is an Association of Chartered Loss Adjusters based in the U.K. and who act predominantly for members of the public.
